Matchday Ladder
How it works
Matchday Ladder is a free Premier League prediction game played with points. No real money is involved.
Every gameweek you get 100 points to be used over multiple matchdays in that gameweek. Each matchday you get one match with four bets to select from, and you stake points from that week's 100 (plus any points you've accumulated during the gameweek).
The objective is simply to accumulate as many points as possible over the season.
- A fresh 100 points every week. A gameweek runs Friday morning to Thursday evening. You start each one on 100 points.
- Same match, same four bets. Each matchday, everyone gets the same Premier League match with the same four bets to choose from: safer at the top, longshots below.
- One bet a matchday, stake between 10–50 points. Enough balance is always held back for later matches in the gameweek, so you can't go bankrupt before a gameweek ends.
- Bet every matchday - you must stake at least 10 points. Each time you miss one it's a 10 point deduction from your season total.
- Gameweek returns add up. Only what you make or lose across the gameweek counts toward your season total (the initial 100 points is not counted).
- Compete in a global league, and create private leagues with friends. Start whenever you like, you're in from the week you join.
- are available as one-off power-ups. They are not points - you can't stake a chip. Each one bends the rules for a single gameweek - Double Down, for example, starts your week with 200 points instead of 100. You get 10 chips a season, can only use one per gameweek, and half of them unlock in January.
- Play a practice gameweek below to familiarise yourself with the game. Chips are not available to play in practice mode.
